Knowledge is the most durable and overriding authority........ none can sustain authority without appropriate knowledge. For instance, even the king who knows not his subjects eventually fails in his authority and even the servant who knows his master well enough can exercise power through the master. This is why women carry more authority since they understand men better than men can ever know them and the fact that such authority remains subtle and doesnt manifest openly, makes it even more potent.
